CINNAMON
To control hair fall, mix Dalchini powder and honey with warm olive oil and apply on the scalp and wash after 15 minutes.
Taking 1/2 a teaspoon of Dalchini powder along with breakfast for about 40 to 45 days will control diabetes.
For weight loss, boil a cup of water with 1/2 teaspoon of Dalchini cover it, and steep for half an hour. Finally, add some honey and drink 1/2 of the liquid before going to sleep, and rest 1/2 the next morning on an empty stomach.
To reduce headache, take 1 teaspoon of water and add 1 teaspoon of Dalchini to it. Apply this on the forehead.
Boil a cup of water and add 1/2 teaspoon of Dalchini powder, leave it for 5 minutes. Finally, add some honey for sweetness and drink twice a day to induce sleep.
